Certification is the best way to build and demonstrate your knowledge of Donorfy. It’s also one of the qualification criteria for your organisation to be recognised as a Donorfy Partner.
To get certified you need to learn how Donorfy works and demonstrate your knowledge to us. No formal exams, just a friendly assessment. You need to be able to answer 100% of the appropriate questions, and your assessor will help you to understand any knowledge gaps still to be filled.
What do you need to know in order to be certified? Here are the questions we will ask you to answer.
Book yourself onto an orientation session with a member of the Donorfy team. The purpose of this session (which is online, using screenshare) is to give you the big picture of what Donorfy is and what it does. Allow an hour for this session.
Using the Questions as your guide, learn Donorfy by using the Knowledge Base*. This will start with you setting up your own Donorfy database on which you can learn, which means you don’t need to worry about breaking anything in a “live” database. *top tip - the KB is public, so use Google to search for what you want.
Once you think you are ready you need to book a date for your assessment. This is done with an online screenshare and you should allow up to 2 hours. The assessor (a member of the Donorfy Customer Success team) will work through the questions with you. Please complete the form to book your assessment session.
