Why do we use Partners?

Using Partners for the implementation is a tried and tested practice in the world of modern software. It means that you get a bespoke service and set up, whilst we concentrate on enhancing the product with our development Roadmap.

What does ‘Donorfy-approved’ mean?

It means that the Partner has been through our Partner Certification Programme which is a process of studying, practicing and being assessed on Donorfy and it’s implementation. The programme is run by our in-house Development Team and is constantly reviewed and updated as new features and functionality is added to Donorfy.

How do I know which Partner to choose?

We’re nervous about using a third party

Don’t be! We interview, train and accredit our Partners carefully to make sure that they can deliver a Donorfy standard system and service. All of our Partners have extensive experience in data, CRMs, charity and finance so they are excellent at implementing Donorfy, moving data and helping you through the process.
