CRM Management Support service

Interested in maximising the benefits from Donorfy? Maybe your CRM manager needs some coaching and support from us. Or you may need interim support because your CRM manager has left. Or you don’t yet need a CRM manager on the payroll but you would benefit from a part-time resource?

This service provides you with CRM management support from the experts, for a predictable monthly subscription, and with continuity built in. Helping you maximise the impact Donorfy can have on your organisation.

Included in the service:

A named Relationship Manager

A single point of contact for all questions relating to Donorfy and its use in your organisation. The support ticketing service can still be used to log straightforward support issues, and your Relationship Manager will be notified each time a ticket is submitted, but this allows for the questions that go above and beyond product support.

You will have direct access to your Relationship Manager via phone, and also Slack or Teams. The Relationship Manager will find the answer to your question and where necessary refer you to the appropriate team in Donorfy.

Your Relationship Manager is available for monthly Zoom calls to review your use of Donorfy, review open support tickets, discuss broader plans so that they can advise on the best way to use Donorfy to meet your needs.

Professional Services

Up to 7.5 hours of Donorfy Professional Services (consultant) time per month, providing capacity for ad-hoc training, configuration, and customisations to the SQL database (Own Azure clients only) such as custom Stored Procedures and Views).

Price

The price of the service is

  • For UK clients - £1,080 per month, plus VAT.

  • For DK clients - 9.612 kr per month.

It is invoiced in advance on the first of each month, and collected by Direct Debit / Betalingsservice on or around the 15th of the month.

Terms and Conditions

  • This service is available only to current Donorfy subscribers.

  • Initial term - 6 months.

  • Either party can cancel with 3 months’ notice (subject to the initial term).

  • Professional Services hours not used in a month cannot be rolled over to following months.

  • Fair usage: this service is not designed to deliver larger projects. The Relationship Manager will advise on whether requests fall outside of this service, and will assist with estimating the cost and timescales for such projects separately.
